Call Southeast Van Lines to set a date for an Estimator to visually survey your home and prepare an estimate of your moving costs. Show the estimator everything that is going to be moved and we ensure the best price possible for Atlanta’s most professional moving service. Please inform the estimator of all additional services you may be need such as; packing and unpacking services, auto transportation and storage.
Once we have noted of all items to be moved, our Estimator will provide you with a written ‘Binding Not to Exceed Quote’ that depicts your exact cost. Once our Estimator has given you a binding quote, there is no reason to weigh the shipment since we have taken responsibility of the weight and volume of your shipment. This written, detailed estimate describes all services Southeast Van Lines will perform and is signed by our estimator. Always avoid oral estimates when moving. Unlike brokers, Southeast Van Lines always provides binding, written estimates.
Read the “Your Rights and Responsibilities Manual” provided by our Estimator to make certain that you fully understand the extent of Southeast Van Lines’ liability. We take full ownership of your move. Keep the phone number and name of your sales consultant handy as we aim to provide the highest level of service.
